Record an allergy
Record a patient's allergy. This can be done during an initial consult, or when prompted to if creating a prescription for a patient with no allergy records.
Record no known allergies
Record that a patient has no allergies. This can be done during the initial consult and needs to be recorded before you can create a prescription.
Remove an allergy
Remove an allergy from the patient's record that is not correct or was recorded by mistake. All recorded allergies are displayed on the top left of the prescription's screen when writing a script.
Summary Views Allergies
Use the Allergies tab in Summary Views to review and update a patient's allergies. Summary Views can be accessed while in any clinical module and allows you to quickly view a patient's clinical history.
