The options available in Zedmed can change based on whether a practice is set up as specialist practice or general practice. For example, a specialist practice will have the Referrer displayed in the Clinical Records patent demographics section, and the referral letter will be called the Specialist Letter.
To set up the site:
- Go to Zedmed's Reception tab.
- Select Clinical Records.
The Clinical Records screen will open. - Select Tools > Global Options from the top menu.
The General tab will open by default. - Use the Site Type field to select Specialist or General Practice.
