    Quick Documents is a menu in Clinical that provides easy access to popular documents and templates. It opens from a patient's record so you can access patient-specific documents.

    Use the information provided by the doctor to create an invoice and process the payment. The payer can be the patient, a third party or Medicare, and Zedmed supports Tyro, Bulk Billing and ECLIPSE payments.
  6. Recording an encounter

    Use the Current Encounter screen to record information and access the clinical modules. This information includes the REF, your own clinical notes and entries made by the clinical modules used during an encounter.
  7. Cancel an invoice (void)

    Cancel (void) an invoice that has been paid or an invoice that has not been paid. If the invoice has a claim submitted, Medicare will need to be informed so they can cancel that claim.
  8. Set up Online Appointments

    Set up Zedmed Online Appointments (OLA), including information about your doctors (specialties, languages, etc), and what Appointment Types and times are available.
  9. Schedule reminders

    Send patients SMS confirmations and reminders for their appointments. The reminders can be sent manually or scheduled to go out automatically.
  10. Reprints and cancellations

    Once you have created a script, you can interact with it in the Drugs module's Today's Scripts section and Existing Drugs tab.
