Problems module

Use the Problems module to record an encounter's diagnosis using the ICPC list. ICPC is an International Classification method for Primary Care encounters.

Use the Problems module to record an encounter's diagnosis using the existing or recent problems list. You can also add problems to a patient's medical history.

Use the Problems module to record an encounter's diagnosis using the Free Text field. The Free Text option is useful for clinics without access to ICPC.

Use the Problems tab in Summary Views to resolve a patient's current problems and review past and present problems.
