Record physical measurements
Use the Observations module to record a patient's physical measurements. Entering this information allows you to monitor changes over time, and the module can display these changes graphically.
Record INR measurements

Record pathology results

Summary Views Observations
Use the Measurements tab in Summary Views to view all of the observations and results entered for a patient. Summary Views can be accessed while in any clinical module.
